Korg Mono/Poly Monopoly Vintage Analogue Polyphonic Synthesiser - 100V

The Monopoly is an analogue beast and a personal favourite of ours. Released in the early 80's It is both monophonic and polyphonic. It has 4 VCO's which can be shared in 4-voice Polyphonic mode, or linked in unison for a huge monophonic lead. The synth has many more great features which make it a very popular and sort after synth. The real time control also make it an excellent machine to use live. The Mono/Poly has been used by Flume, Tycho, The Chemical Brothers, Chromeo, Jean Michel Jarre, Apparat, The War on Drugs, Rick Wakeman, MGMT, James Holden, Dubstar and many more!

Condition:

  • This is a used unit.

  • Physically this unit is in great condition for its age. The front panel shows some minor wear like small nicks in the paint, nothing major at all. The keys are still nice and white. There is some wear to the wooden side panels, mostly on the back corners. Please see photos for further details. Overall it is a very nice synth!

  • This unit has been serviced. The key contacts have been cleaned. All switches and potentiometers function as they should. It sounds great and is a pleasure to use!

  • Please be aware this unit is 100V. This means it MUST be used with a step-down transformer, not a travel adaptor. If you are unsure about this please let us know. We have some great, compatible step-downs for sale HERE. They are designed in Australia for use in Australia and can be run 24/7.

  •  If you purchase from outside Australia you may need a step-down transformer to use this unit. Please contact us if you need any help sourcing the correct product.
