The outer casing is a dark grey plastic two-part moulding, enclosing a rigid metal frame that supports the VU meters, circuitry panels, knobs, switches and cassette mechanics. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe left hand mixer section has smart colour coded knobs and both sliders and switches are quiet and smooth in operation. The VU meters are scaled from -20dB to +3dB, with all connection sockets and secured mains cable located behind these on the rear panel.
