The Tascam DV-RA1000 is a high-resolution audio recorder that supports recording in both PCM (up to 192kHz/24-bit) and DSD formats, the latter being the basis for Super Audio CDs. It can record directly to DVD+RW and CD-R/RW media, with a USB 2.0 connection allowing it to function as a DVD data drive when connected to a PC. The device features balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs and outputs, along with AES/EBU digital interfaces and SDIF-3 for DSD audio. It includes built-in 3-band EQ and multiband compression/limiting for mixdown, making it suitable for studio mixdown, live recording, and archival purposes. A user-friendly front panel, wired remote control, and the ability to burn CDs and DVDs directly from recordings are among its notable features

- This unit is in good cosmetic condition. It shows some general wear from use and age like some marks, nicks and scratches.
- The DV-RA1000 has had a minor service. It has been tested thoroughly and is 100% functional. It has no faults to note.
- The remote control for this unit, the RC-RA1000 has also been thoroughly tested. It is functional, however some buttons need a firmer press than others. Besides this, it is working as it should.
- This unit is 220-240V. This means it is ready to plug and play within Australia and New Zealand. As well as some other countries around the world that use 220-240V power.
- If you purchase from outside Australia and the mains power in your country is 100-120V you will need a step-down transformer to use this unit. Please contact us if you need any help sourcing the correct product.
- This unit uses a IEC cable to power on. This cable is not included in the sale.
- This sale is for the unit and remote control only. Nothing else is included in this sale.
