Fender Japan 1998-2000 ST57-58US Stratocaster Tobacco Burst Electric Guitar
This sale is for a lovely Strat released by Fender Japan between 1993 and 1994. This beauty was crafted in the FujiGen factory. This is is a ST-62, which is a reissue of a '62 Fender Strat. It features a basswood body, solid maple neck, rosewood fretboard and a 3ply Tortoiseshell look pick-guard.

Condition:
- This is a used guitar.
- Physically this unit is in good condition for its age. It shows some signs of wear from use and age. Wear includes small imperfections and dents, light scratches and scuffs. Please see photos for further details. Overall it is a nice looking and great sounding piece!
- This guitar has been tested. It is fully functional, the intonation has been checked. The frets are high and smooth. It has no faults to note.
- This Fender has had a minor service. This included:
- Cleaning the neck, buffed and polished frets.
- Oiled the neck.
- Pickup height adjusted.
- String height adjusted.
- Switches and pots were cleaned.
- The end tone pot had to be replaced, it is a "Pull Push" type. It was replaced with a brand new DiMarzio 250K Pull Push potentiometer.
- Brand new Elixir strings have been installed.
- For safety during shipping, tension will be taken off the neck. The guitar will need to be tuned on arrival.
- Please note that although we have tested the intonation and set up the guitar here, due to the nature of guitars as well as the shipping and handling process there is a chance you will need to set up the guitar again. The set up may need to be modified to suit your personal preferences.
- This guitar will ship with a whammy / vibrato bar and a generic soft carry case.
- Guitars picked up from our West Gosford store will set up ready to play!
