Korg EX-8000 Programmable Polyphonic Synthe Module - 2U 80's Hybrid Rack Synthesiser - 100V

The Korg EX-8000 is the rack mount version of the DW-8000. It is a 2U 8 voice, mono-timbral dual oscillator synthesiser. It features 16 waveforms (8 bit, 64kB) and noise, 24dB resonant low pass analog filter, dedicated filter and amplifier ABDSSR envelopes, LFO, digital delay, stereo outputs, arpeggiator, auto-bend, portamento, and MIDI. The 64 user editable presets can be saved via MIDI SysEx.

Condition:

  • This unit has been used.

  • This EX-8000 is in great condition for its age. It shows some small signs of wear and imperfections due to use and age. There are some light marks, nicks and scratches. One rack ear is a bit bent. Please ensure to see all photos. 

  • This unit has been thoroughly tested and we can confirm it is working and sounding as it should. It has no faults to note. 

  • This unit has had a minor service. It has also had a brand new memory battery installed. The factory sounds have been reloaded. 

  • Please be aware this unit is 100V. This means it MUST be used with a step-down transformer, not a travel adaptor. If you are unsure about this please let us know. We have some great, compatible step-downs for sale HERE. They are designed in Australia for use in Australia and can be run 24/7. 

  •  If you purchase from outside Australia you may need a step-down transformer to use this unit. Please contact us if you need any help sourcing the correct product. 

  • A Japanese IEC and 2pin adaptor will be included in this sale for the new owner to use with their step-down transformer. 

  •  This sale is for the EX-8000 only. No other parts, accessories, cables or expansions are included.
