Tube Works RT4250 ProValve Stereo Tube Power Amp Made In USA - 120V
The Tube Works RT-4250 ProValve is a stereo tube power amplifier designed by B.K. Butler and manufactured in the USA during the late 1980s and early 1990s. It delivers 50 watts per channel through a quartet of 6L6GC or 5881 power tubes, making it suitable for both guitar and bass applications. The RT-4250 features a hybrid design, combining a solid-state front end with a tube-driven power section, and includes built-in attenuators for achieving saturated tube tones at lower volumes.
Condition:
- This is a used unit.
- Physically this unit is in good condition. It shows some general wear from use and age like some rack rash, nicks, scratches and scuffs. There is nothing major and overall it is still a nice amp. Please see all photos for further details.
- All switches and potentiometers function as they should. This unit is 100% functional and has not faults to note.
- Please be aware this unit is 120V. This means it MUST be used with a step-down transformer, not a travel adaptor. This amp can draw up to 300W so will need a large step-down transformer. Please check in if you are unsure as we can help you source the correct and high quality step-down.
- If you purchase from outside Australia you may need a step-down transformer to use this unit. Please contact us if you need any help sourcing the correct product.
