Condition:
• This is a used unit.
• This unit has had a major service. The unit is a pleasure to use and is fully functioning.
• Since this 388 has been professionally serviced it is ready to go at home or in the studio.
• The service included testing all functions, repairing any faults, replacing all faulty electronic parts, deep clean and service of the tape mechanism / transport, brand new capstan belt, demagnetising the heads and alignment of tape levels.
• The cosmetic condition is good, the unit shows obvious signs of general wear from use and age like some marks, nicks and scratches. Some of the MDF side panels have been chipped in places and are they are also missing some of the wood look vinyl covering. There is nothing major, nor anything which detracts from the use, functions or sound of this unit.
• Please be aware this unit is 100V. This means it MUST be used with a step-down transformer, not a travel adaptor. This unit will ship with a compatible step-down transformer for Australian and New Zealand buyers only.
• If you purchase from outside Australia you may need a step-down transformer to use this unit. Please contact us if you need any help sourcing the correct product. This unit is 100V and draws 110W.
• This sale is for the 388 pictured and a step-down transformer (AU & NZ only). No other parts, accessories, cables etc are included in this sale.
