Roland SH-101 Vintage Monophonic Analogue Synthesiser W/ Mod Grip - Serviced
The Roland SH-101, released in 1982, is a monophonic analog synthesiser famed for its punchy bass, bright leads, and intuitive hands-on control. It features a single voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with selectable waveforms (sawtooth, square, and sub-oscillator), a 24 dB/octave low-pass filter, voltage-controlled amplifier (VCA), and a single envelope generator. Modulation is provided by a low-frequency oscillator (LFO) with multiple wave shapes, and the synth includes a built-in arpeggiator and step sequencer!
Condition:
- This is a used unit.
- Physically this unit is in good condition for its age showing some small signs of use and age like some marks, nicks and scratches. The SH-101 has yellowed a bit over the years. Nothing major. Overall it is still a nice synth!
- This unit has had a major service. All faulty components have been replaced. It sounds great and as no faults to note!
- The SH-101 can power off batteries or a 9V power supply. A power supply will be included for Australian and New Zealand buyers only.
- If you purchase from overseas, you will need to source your own power supply. Please contact us if you are unsure.
- This sale is for the SH-101 and mod grip only. Nothing else is included.
