During this unprecedented time of change and adaptation, LOFI Music remains committed to providing our high standard of products and services across the board, which our customers have come to expect.
In line with present NSW government health advice, LOFI Music is generally closed to walk in customers at this time. Visits can be arranged to view equipment prior to sale, pickup items after purchase, or drop in items for repair. Please get in touch with us directly if you would like to arrange anything.
In line with the NSW government health advice, all social distancing and hygiene recommendations will be followed consistently to protect both our staff and our valued customers during this time. If you are coming to visit LOFI Music to pick up or drop off, please ensure you are taking all precautions and following the advice of NSW health. Similarly, all incoming and outgoing mail will be handled accordingly. Our staff are using personal protective equipment as necessary, spraying down and cleaning incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring all social distancing and hygiene recommendations are adhered to.
We would also like to advise that there are minor delays within the Australia Post and courier networks. There are varying delays to all overseas destinations due to the lack of international flights. Delays vary per country and most can be viewed at the following link.
