Ace Tone FR-6 Rhythm Ace Vintage Rhythm Box / Arranger - 100V

The FR-6 is an uncommon 60's / 70's beatbox and a little piece of drum machine history. Before Ikutaro Kakehashi started Roland, he founded Ace Tone! Many early Roland instruments, especially the drum machines, were based off these Ace Tone models. The updated Roland model which came later on was the TR-55.

  • This is a used FR-06

  • This Rhythm arranger is working and sounding as it should. It has no faults to note.

  • Unit is in good condition for its age. It shows some general marks, nicks and scratches. As well as some small chips in the veneer. The volume pot cap is not original. Nothing major at all though. Overall it is still a nice piece!

  • Please be aware this unit is 100V. This means it MUST be used with a step-down transformer, not a travel adaptor. If you are unsure about this please let us know. We have some great, compatible step-downs for sale HERE. They are designed in Australia for use in Australia and can be run 24/7.

  •  If you purchase from outside Australia you may need a step-down transformer to use this unit. Please contact us if you need any help sourcing the correct product.
