Released in 2018, the ADAM Audio T5V is a compact two-way active nearfield monitor designed for recording, mixing, video production and general studio listening. This listing is for a pair of T5V monitors.
Each speaker combines a five-inch polypropylene woofer with ADAM Audio’s 1.9-inch U-ART accelerated-ribbon tweeter and HPS waveguide. The rear-ported cabinet provides a frequency response of 45Hz to 25kHz, while the pair can produce sound-pressure levels of up to 106dB.
Each monitor uses separate Class-D amplifiers delivering 50 watts to the woofer and 20 watts to the tweeter. Rear controls provide input gain plus high- and low-frequency shelving adjustments to suit different rooms and speaker positions.
A popular compact monitor pair offering detailed high frequencies, solid low-end extension and practical room-adjustment controls for home and project studios.
