Boss FV-200 Vintage Stereo Keyboard Volume Pedal Made in Japan
Made in Japan from approximately 1981 to 1992, the Boss FV-200 is a passive volume pedal designed primarily for keyboards and other line-level instruments.
It provides two separate audio channels, allowing it to control a stereo keyboard or two independent instruments simultaneously. A Minimum Volume control sets the heel-down level and adjusts the pedal’s overall operating range.
The pedal also features a centre-position spring system, allowing a normal volume level to be established around the middle of its travel with additional emphasis available by pressing further forward. Its aluminium die-cast enclosure provides the solid construction expected from vintage Boss equipment.
As a passive volume controller, the FV-200 does not require batteries or an external power supply.
