Boss FZ-5 Fuzz COSM Guitar Effects Pedal - Made in Malaysia
Released in 2007 and made in Malaysia, the Boss FZ-5 is a compact digital fuzz pedal that uses Boss COSM modelling technology to recreate three classic fuzz circuits from the 1960s and 1970s.
Its three selectable modes are based on the following pedals:
F: Dallas-Arbiter Fuzz Face
M: Maestro FZ-1A
O: Octavia-style octave fuzz
Level adjusts the pedal’s output, while Fuzz controls the amount of distortion. Turning the Fuzz control into the Boost range produces more gain than the original pedals being modelled.
