Boss TM-7 Vintage Guitar Monitor Amp Simulator Headphone Practice Preamp
Introduced in 1995, the Boss TM-7 Guitar Monitor is a compact practice system combining a guitar amplifier simulator, built-in speaker and headphone monitoring.
The amplifier section provides Gain, Volume and Master controls alongside three-band Bass, Middle and Treble EQ. An external cassette player, CD player or other audio source can be mixed with the guitar signal, while the centre-cancelling function can reduce centrally positioned vocals or instruments for practising along with recordings.
Connections include stereo line outputs, a separate guitar output, headphone socket, stereo external input and an effects send and return. The TM-7 can therefore be used for private practice, direct recording or as an unusual guitar preamplifier and amplifier simulator.
