The PL-1200 is a great vintage deck from the 70's. It is a direct-drive turntable with a brushless DC servo motor and electronic speed control. It features an S-shaped static-balance tonearm with plug-in headshell and a dual-structure cabinet (metal base with wood veneer outer shell) to help damp vibration. 

Condition: 

• This is a used unit. 
  
  
• Physically, the unit itself is in good condition. It shows some general wear from use and age like a couple of nicks in the plinth and some scratches. Some of the veneer has warped where the lid closes at the front. There is also some oxidisation on the hardware. Overall it is still a nice looking, vintage piece. Please see all photos. 
  
  
• The dust cover is hinged and in good condition. It shows general wear from use and age like marks and nicks. Nothing major. Please see photos. 
  
  
• This unit has been serviced and tested. It is fully functional and sounds excellent.
  
  
• This unit will ship with an ADC headshell and Shure cart and stylus. These have been used and show some wear, but still sound good and are great to get you started. As the headshell and cart are interchangeable they are easy to swap out or upgrade.
