Fender American Professional Telecaster Butterscotch Blonde USA 2017
Introduced in 2017 as the replacement for Fender’s long-running American Standard series, the first-generation American Professional combined traditional Telecaster styling with several modern playing features. This Butterscotch Blonde version uses an ash body with a gloss polyurethane finish and a maple neck shaped to Fender’s Modern Deep “C” profile.
The 25.5-inch-scale maple fingerboard has a 9.5-inch radius, 22 narrow-tall frets and a genuine bone nut. Its two Tim Shaw-designed V-Mod single-coil pickups are controlled by master volume and tone controls with three-way switching. A treble-bleed circuit helps retain clarity when the volume is reduced.
Other features include staggered sealed tuners and a three-saddle string-through-body bridge with compensated brass saddles, combining the familiar Telecaster appearance with improved intonation.
A USA-made Telecaster with the traditional ash-body Blackguard appearance, paired with modern frets, compensated saddles and versatile V-Mod pickups.
Condition:
- This is a used guitar. It was bought brand new and has only had one owner. It was kept in a studio.
- Physically this unit is in great condition. It shows some signs of use like lots of tiny hairline scratches in the finish. There is one tiny dent and one little nick in the gloss urethane finish.
- This guitar has serviced and tested. It is fully functional, the intonation has been checked. It plays really well.
- There is a tiny bit of light fret wear on the top three frets, nothing major at all and it does not affect the use or sound of this guitar.
- For safety during shipping, tension will be taken off the neck. The guitar will need to be tuned on arrival.
- Please note that although we have tested the intonation and set up the guitar here, due to the nature of guitars as well as the shipping and handling process there is a chance you will need to set up the guitar again. The set up may need to be modified to suit your personal preferences.
- Guitars picked up from our West Gosford store will set up ready to play!
- This unit will ship in its original Fender hard case! Inside the case you will find some case candy and authenticity certificate.
