The Lexicon PCM-60 is a digital reverb unit from 1984. It is renowned for its simplicity and high-quality sound. Designed primarily for professional studio use, it offers two main reverb programs: Room and Plate. Each program can be further customised using the additional settings. The PCM-60 is a mono-in, stereo-out unit, with straightforward front panel controls including input and output level trims, reverb mix, and a bypass switch.
Despite its age and limited features compared to modern multi-effect units, the PCM-60 is praised for its realistic, warm, musical reverb quality that is particularly effective on vocals and drums. It is built with robust digital audio processing circuitry, ensuring clean sound and reliable performance.
Condition:
- This is a used unit.
- Physically this unit is in good condition for its age. It shows general signs of wear like obvious rack rash, some small marks, nicks and scratches. The blue colour on the front has faded a bit. Please see all photos. Overall it is still a nice piece.
- This unit has been thoroughly tested. It has no faults to note.
- This unit has been converted to 240V with its internal multi-tap transformer.
- Most overseas buyers will need to use this unit with a step-up transformer or get a licensed technician to swap the voltage internally. If you are unsure, please get in touch before purchase.
- This unit powers on with an IEC cable. This cable will be included for AU and NZ buyers only.
