Made in Japan and available by 1990, the Yamaha BSP100 is a compact analogue bass preamplifier and sound processor from Yamaha’s Studio 100 series.
It combines input-gain adjustment with Bass, Middle and Treble tone controls and a five-band graphic equaliser for more detailed shaping of the instrument’s frequency response. Dedicated CMP and LMT switches engage preset compressor and limiter circuits without requiring additional parameter adjustment.
