The Yamaha PTX8 / RX5 WRC‑01 is a waveform ROM cartridge specifically made for the Yamaha PTX8 Percussion Tone Generator and RX5 Digital Rhythm Programmer. Originally bundled with the RX‑5 at launch, the WRC‑01 contains 28 PCM waveforms, covering Latin percussion, drum, bass, and special effects (e.g., timpani, conga, cuica, glass crash, electric bass, DX marimba) to expand the internal soundset of compatible units.
Condition:- This card has been used.
- It has been tested and working as it should.
- It shows some small signs of use and age. Nothing major at all. Please see photos.
- This card is compatible with the PTX8 & RX5.
- This card contains waveform data only. You can not delete or save over the sounds on the card.
- The machine must be turned off when inserting and removing the WRC01 card.
