Yamaha YC-10 Classic Vintage 1969 Red Combo Organ - 240V
Here we have a lovely vintage collectable from Yamaha's famous YC range. Yamaha introduced YC Series Combo Organs to satisfy the growing interest in portable organs created by the rise of the Beatles and other bands. The YC-10 was the series' debut model. The YC-10 featured 49 keys on a single keyboard, and came in four different colours. The ability to store the organ in a compact suitcase is one of its standout features. The reverse coloured keys can be converted into bass keys through the flip of a switch.
The Red Yamaha YC-10 has famously been used by the Wiggles, known as the "Red Starry Keyboard." It can still be seen in their shows today!
Condition:
- This is a used unit.
- This unit has had a minor service and clean. We can confirm everything is working as it should.
- This unit is fully functional. Some of the four position switches feel much stiffer than others, however they are still working as they should.
- Included in this sale is the the Combo Organ and the swell pedal. Absolutely nothing else is included for example the legs or the lid.
- Physically this unit is in good condition. Unfortunately, it shows some wear to the red tolex case on the top. Please see photos. There is nothing which detracts from the use or functions of the YC-10.
- This unit is 240V. This means it is ready to plug and play within Australia. If you purchase form overseas you may need a step-up transformer. If you are unsure about this please send us a message as we would be glad to help you out.
Domestic (Australia) Freight:
Please note this unit is large and heavy. I have quoted high in the freight price because to pack it well and freight it will be expensive. However if you are interested please inquire with me first if you'd like an accurate quote to your location. Remote and rural areas will incur higher fees.
You are welcome to come and pick it up from West Gosford if you are in the area.
International Freight
This may be possible but expect it to be very expensive. Please enquire with me before purchase if you intend on shipping this item international.
